Camille was born in France and grew up completely fascinated by the world of music. Whilst undertaking her Scientific Baccalauréat, she secured a place at ‘The Conservatoire of La Ciotat’ and began her vocational acting training. That year Camille also began her vocal training with the renowned Soprano - Joelle Michelini with whom she discovered the world of Opera.
At 18, after obtaining her Baccalauréat with honours, she decided to follow her dream and study Musical Theatre. Aware there was not a huge opportunity to follow that dream in France she knew she had to go and train in England. Unable to speak English, Theatre Schools were reluctant to offer her a scholarship. So she settled for a year of Foundation Course at Liverpool Theatre School. Impressed by her progress and determination they soon offered her a scholarship on the three year National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre, Level 6 (Trinity) course. There she had the chance to work with wonderful speech, singing, acting and dance teachers.
Her experience whilst in training included both straight drama and musical theatre appearing in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, SPRING AWAKENING, THE LARAMIE PROJECT and INTO THE WOODS amongst others.
Towards the end of her training Camille auditioned for the popular casting programme created by Andrew Lloyd Webber to search for his Dorothy Gale in his new production of 'The Wizard of Oz'. She was selected from over 9000 auditionees as one of the twenty finalists in OVER THE RAINBOW and appeared live on the BBC. An experience that she loved and will never forget.
In July 2010 she graduated from Liverpool Theatre School with a distinction and was awarded ‘Graduate of the Year’.
Since graduating Camille has appeared as Gienetta in the Gilbert and Sullivan’s Operetta THE GONDOLIERS (Buxton Opera House), played the title role in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and in SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS both for Pele Productions (Grimsby Auditorium) and Jill in JACK AND THE BEANSTALK for Principal Productions (The Brindley Theatre). She was thrilled to be cast in CHILDREN OF EDEN (Prince of Wales Theatre), alongside Louise Dearman, Oliver Thornton and Kerry Ellis amongst others.
In 2012 Camille joined the Jean Ann Ryan Company for the opening of the luxurious ‘Riviera’ (Oceania Cruises) and the creation of its brand new shows. She was thrilled to be given the chance to play Christine Daaé in NOW AND FOREVER, a PHANTOM OF THE OPERA/LOVE NEVER DIES show produced by Jean Ann Ryan Productions in association with The Really Useful Group.
In 2013, Camille created the role of Miriam in a new musical SLAVES OF THE KINGDOM. The show was produced by CTS Productions and premièred at the Edinburgh Festival and opened to rave revues.
After a year in Paris understudying and playing the roles of Belle and Mrs. Potts in Walt Disney’s musical phenomenon, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Mogador Theatre for Stage Entertainment Camille was thrilled to be back in the French capital in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN at The Châtelet Theatre, playing to sell out houses.
Since then she has been leading the tour of DISNEY IN CONCERT traveling throughout Europe and the Middle East, along with a 58 Piece Orchestra and state of the art HD timeless animations from the original films. Giving audiences the chance to see the music and songs of Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Aladdin, Mary Poppins and Frozen performed live on stage.
In 2016 she headed back to the sea, this time on the Regent Seven Seas Voyager and, inspired by guest entertainers, created her own shows- UNE SOIREE AVEC... and HOMAGE TO EDITH PIAF. Encouraged by the raving revues, she has teamed with Ted Management and now flies out to pick up cruise ships around the world to perform her shows, very dear to her heart.
